Please read these Terms & Conditions (the “Agreement”) in full before completing your registration. By checking the box at the bottom, you confirm your understanding of and agreement to this Agreement.

For purposes of this Agreement:

“Company” means Emily Nachazel Inc.

“Retreat” means The Evolve Retreat.

“Participant” means the individual registering for and participating in the Retreat.

“Fee” means the applicable total purchase price for the Participant’s selected Evolve Experience or Evolve VIP Experience.

1. About the Retreat
The Retreat is a two-day, in-person retreat hosted by the Company. The Retreat is designed to facilitate personal and professional growth through group experiences, guided sessions, and community connection.

Dates: September 24 & 25, 2026
Location: The Grounds of Livev, Oakton, VA

The Evolve Experience includes:
Two days of group programming
Farm-to-table lunch both days
Coffee, tea, and light snacks
Thursday night happy hour
Welcome gift

The Evolve VIP Experience includes:
Two days of group programming
Farm-to-table lunch both days
Coffee, tea, and light snacks
Thursday night happy hour
A 1:1 Medicine Reading with Emily
Intimate VIP welcome dinner on Wednesday, September 23
Special VIP gift

Not included: Travel, lodging, breakfast or dinner, and purchases at the Evolve Marketplace.

2. Registration & Fees
The Fee for the Evolve Experience is $599, or two payments of $325 if the Participant selects the payment plan.

The Fee for the Evolve VIP Experience is $999, or two payments of $525 if the Participant selects the payment plan.
For Participants paying in full, registration is confirmed upon receipt of the full Fee.

For Participants selecting a payment plan, registration is confirmed upon receipt of the first payment. The Participant remains responsible for making the second payment according to the payment schedule provided by the Company at the time of purchase.
Registration is personal to the Participant and may not be transferred to another person without the Company’s prior written approval.

3. Payment & Refund Policy
Upon acceptance of this Agreement, the Participant agrees to pay the Company the applicable Fee.

All payments are non-refundable.

The Company does not offer refunds for cancellations or withdrawal initiated by the Participant.

If the Participant selects a payment plan, the Participant agrees to make all payments according to the payment schedule provided by the Company and the payment plan selected by the Participant.
Credit Card Authorization (if applicable to a payment plan): The Participant acknowledges and agrees that the Company will charge the payment method selected by the Participant according to the applicable payment schedule.

If the Participant fails to make a scheduled payment when due, the Company may suspend the Participant’s registration until the outstanding payment is paid in full. If the outstanding payment has not been paid within fourteen (14) days of its due date, the Company has the right to cancel the Participant’s registration.

4. Retreat Cancellation, Postponement & Changes

If the Company must cancel or postpone the Retreat due to circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, venue unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances, the Company will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the Retreat.
If the Retreat is rescheduled, the Participant’s registration and payments will be transferred and credited toward the rescheduled Retreat date.

The Company reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the Retreat schedule, programming, speakers, activities, or other event details when necessary.

5. Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk

By attending the Retreat, the Participant acknowledges that participation in an in-person retreat involves inherent risks, including those related to travel, the venue, physical activity, and group settings. The Participant confirms that they are participating voluntarily and are responsible for their own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing throughout the Retreat.

The Participant agrees to inform the Company in advance of any medical conditions, dietary needs, accessibility needs, or allergies relevant to their participation. The Participant is responsible for carrying any personal medication they may need.

6. Community Agreement

The Retreat is a shared space built on mutual respect. By attending, the Participant agrees to engage with fellow attendees and the Company with kindness and openness and to honor the privacy of others as described in the Confidentiality section below.
The Company reserves the right to ask any Participant to leave the Retreat, without refund, if their conduct is disruptive, harmful, or unsafe to the group.

7. Not a Substitute for Professional Care

The content and conversations at the Retreat are intended for personal growth and are not therapy, counseling, medical care, or professional advice of any kind. They do not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any condition.
The Participant is responsible for seeking independent professional guidance from qualified providers as needed. If the Participant is currently under the care of a mental health or medical professional, they are encouraged to keep that professional informed of their participation.

8. Confidentiality

What is shared within the Retreat container stays within it. The Participant agrees not to share, record, or repeat the personal stories or disclosures of other attendees outside of the Retreat.
The Company agrees to protect the Participant’s personal information and will not disclose it without the Participant’s consent, except where required by law or where there is a reasonable belief of imminent risk of harm.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company makes no guarantees or warranties regarding specific outcomes from the Retreat.

The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Participant’s participation. The Company’s total liability under this Agreement is limited to the amount the Participant paid to attend the Retreat.

10. Media Release

The Company may take photographs, video recordings, or audio recordings during the Retreat for future commercial or non-commercial purposes.
By participating in the Retreat, the Participant consents to being photographed and recorded and grants the Company permission to use the Participant’s likeness, image, writing, and voice in any media, in perpetuity, for promotional, educational, commercial, or other business purposes.

The Participant further agrees that the Company may use written statements, images, audio recordings, or video recordings of the Participant obtained in connection with the Retreat, including content the Participant publishes publicly on social media or online forums relating to their participation in the Retreat.
The Participant waives any right to payment, royalties, or other consideration for the Company’s authorized use of such materials and waives the right to inspect or approve the finished materials in which they appear.

The Participant releases and holds the Company harmless from claims arising from the uses authorized under this Media Release.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement reflects the complete understanding between the Participant and Emily Nachazel Inc regarding the Participant’s participation in the Retreat and supersedes any prior representations or agreements regarding the same subject matter.
This Agreement may only be modified in writing.
